• Talk with data: Appreciate the fact that we may not have the precise and clear data all the time and in those times understand how to take “calculated risks”
• Demonstrated skill as a self-starter with a strong drive to produce results.
• Ability to evaluate business plans, companies, technologies and entrepreneurs with regard to the likelihood of business success, coach-ability, management strengths and deficiencies and market opportunity.
• Take a proactive & hands on approach in all sprints and tasks.
• Create prototypes of new ideas and explore new technologies on the forefront of mobile technology.
• To learn necessary tools and products to provide the necessary service for the initiatives
• Stay up to date with new technologies (internal capabilities, and vendor offerings)
  by evaluating industry and design trends and demonstrating a passion for learning.
• To adapt and promote 360 feedback for colleagues, reporting lines and subordinates

Education & Experience

• Preferably BA/BS Degree in Computer Science / Management or related field. (with high GPA)
• Fresh or 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English proficiency, both written and spoken
